5. How long we keep your data
Contact form enquiries that do not lead to a client relationship are deleted within 12 months. Data collected in the course of providing services is retained for 7 years from the end of the engagement, in line with standard UK accounting and tax requirements. Newsletter subscribers' data is kept until they unsubscribe. Server logs are deleted after 30 days.
