Managed Cloud Infrastructure
One flat fee.
Unlimited support.
Your cloud, handled.
We manage your AWS, Azure or GCP environment for a fixed monthly price. No per-ticket billing. No surprise invoices. No 48-hour response SLAs that expire on Friday at 5pm.
What brings you here
Tell us what's going wrong
Most of our clients come to us with one of four problems. Select the one closest to yours.
Cloud costs are climbing faster than your revenue
AWS or Azure bills can drift significantly within a quarter if nobody is actively watching reserved instances, idle resources, and over-provisioned services. It tends to happen gradually, then all at once.
Request a cost auditHow we handle this
Cost Optimisation + Flat-Rate Management
We start with a no-commitment cloud cost audit — usually within a week. We map what you're spending, what you're actually using, and what should go. Then we propose a flat monthly price to manage everything going forward. No per-ticket billing means our incentive is to fix problems properly, not to generate more tickets.
Your team manages the cloud alongside everything else
A developer who also handles deployments, security patches, monitoring, and on-call rotation is a single point of failure — and they're probably not happy about it either.

Managed Infrastructure as a Service
We take on the operational layer entirely. Your developers deploy to an environment they don't have to maintain. We handle patching, monitoring, alerts, scaling, and anything that goes sideways at 2am. Your team gets their evenings back.
Something went down and the fix took too long
Outages reveal whether you actually have an incident response process, or just a group chat and crossed fingers. Most companies discover the answer at the worst possible moment.

Proactive Monitoring + Incident Response
We monitor your environment continuously — not just uptime pings. We configure alerting thresholds that catch problems before they become outages, and we respond to incidents directly rather than waiting for you to notice and raise a ticket with a third party.
You need to get off on-premise hardware
The lease on the server room is up. Or the hardware is aging. Or you just want to stop thinking about physical infrastructure. Cloud migration done without a plan creates more problems than it solves.
Plan your migrationHow we handle this
Cloud Migration with Managed Handover
We plan the migration, run the move, and then keep managing the environment after. We have done this for businesses running everything from legacy Windows Server workloads to containerised applications. We don't hand you keys and leave.
What we do
Four things we're actually good at
We don't do everything. We do managed cloud infrastructure for UK SMBs, and we do it for a flat fee that makes our interests align with yours.
Managed Hosting
Your application environment — VMs, containers, databases — maintained and monitored continuously. Flat monthly fee, unlimited support tickets included.
DetailsCloud Migration
On-premise to AWS, Azure, or GCP. We plan the architecture, run the migration, and manage the environment after handover — no big reveal moment where you're left alone.
DetailsDevOps as a Service
CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, deployment automation. We build the scaffolding so your developers can ship without waiting on manual processes.
DetailsCost Optimisation
A structured audit of your current cloud spend. We identify waste, right-size resources, and recommend commitment options. Usually pays for itself within two months.
DetailsMonitoring and Alerts
Continuous infrastructure monitoring with alerting that reaches a human, not just a queue. We configure thresholds based on your workload, not a generic template.
DetailsSecurity and Compliance
IAM policies, network security group reviews, encrypted backups, and access auditing. Not a bolt-on — part of how we build and run every environment.
DetailsPricing
Fixed costs. No surprises.
Every plan includes unlimited support tickets. The price you see is the price you pay — no per-incident fees, no overage charges.

Questions
Things people usually ask before signing up
It means we don't charge per ticket, per engineer-hour, or per incident. If your environment breaks at 3am on a bank holiday, we respond and fix it for the same flat fee. There are no T&Cs that define "standard support" separately from "emergency support" at a higher rate. One price, all of it covered.
No. We manage environments on AWS, Azure, and GCP. You stay on the provider you're on. We work within your existing accounts — we don't require you to move everything to a platform we resell. Your cloud contract stays with you.
Monthly contracts have 30 days' notice. Annual contracts can be cancelled with 60 days' notice after the first three months. We don't hold your infrastructure hostage — everything we build uses standard IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation) that any competent engineer can take over. We document it as we go.
First two weeks: access provisioning, environment audit, documentation of what exists. Week three: we implement monitoring and any immediate security or performance findings. By week four, we're in full managed mode with a documented runbook. We aim to have the first monthly status report ready at day 30.
That's most of our clients. Companies with 10 to 150 employees who have real cloud infrastructure but don't have a dedicated ops team. We work alongside your developers without getting in their way — we handle the infrastructure layer, they handle the application layer.
